Insurance is an essential part of any car hire in Las Vegas. Beware of cheaper prices for car rental in Las Vegas - they may not cover you for an accident.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)
LDW is not insurance, it's a supplement you pay so the Las Vegas car rental company won't claim against you if your Las Vegas hire car is stolen or damaged during your visit to Las Vegas.
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)
This increases third party liability insurance on your Las Vegas car hire package to $1 million. Some Las Vegas rental packages don't include SLI. Without paying in advance, the Las Vegas car rental office charge $14.99 per day!
Under or Uninsured Motorist Protection (UMP)
Because it isn't compulsory to have insurance to drive in the USA, the other party mightn't have cover if you have an accident in Las Vegas. UMP provides up to $1 million against injuries caused by drivers in Las Vegas without insurance. If you paid UMP in Las Vegas it would cost £5.99.
Emergency Assistance
All of our rental packages in Las Vegas include full breakdown assistance. If your hire car from Las Vegas breaks down, you can call a Las Vegas recovery company to get you back on road.
Deposit
When you collect your rental car in Las Vegas, you must provide a credit card as deposit. In Las Vegas, no money gets charged - details are held as security in case the vehicle is damaged during your Las Vegas fly-drive. Please note: cash is not acceptable as deposit for Las Vegas car hire.
